New TV installed in outside bay
I decided to install a TV in passenger side bay 2 on my 2006 Prevost Country Coach 45′ xlii.
I measured the amount of space that was available and went and purchased a 32″ Samsung HD smart tv and TV swivel. The elec, speaker and HD video connectors were already in the bay.

Great use of space with the TV on wall bracket. Very clean looking install.
The tech who advised me on the TV in XLII suggested commercial velcro. Used 2—2 inch wide pieces about 10 inch long. That gave the TV a little wiggle room traveling but was more then enough to hold secure.
Velcro an amazing product. Used a lot in Marathon conversions.

Al, I believe your entire H3 is held together using Velcro. That is what keeps the skins on.
I’m not lying about that. Really.
I also believe you have a lot of duct tape and baling wire used also.

Gotta keep Uncle Al on his toes.
I think he saw the above post and quickly went around his coach checking the Velcro for de-lamination.

Just a couple of things to watch out for…
Some of the flat screen TVs today have only plastic where they attach to the mount. Check to see if the mounting area is somewhat reinforced. A friend of mine had his TV crack the plastic at the mounting area. He caught it in time before he had to “catch it” literally.
The industrial velcro might be all you need if it actually supports the weight of the TV. What one person did was to fabricate a wood ledge for the TV to sit on when traveling in the stowed position. A piece of wood, covered in material similar to the walls of the bay should be easy to make.
Your project sure looks good.
