Oil filter
On my Powertec gen is a Kubota engine and I’ve always uses a Kubota oil filter PN 70000-32091 we have a Kubota tractor dealer right down the street, Yesterday I serviced the generator, Racor R12P for primary fuel filter Kubota PN 70000-43081 for secondary fuel filter and oil filter PN 70000-32091 when they looked up filters they both superseded to oil filter new box PN HH151-32430, about 1/2 longer but inside the old filter has a big spring inside up at top where all the small holes are at,Is that a bypass?? The new filter does not have that, I’ve used the Napa Gold 1068 before and don’t know about that. The top filter older Kubota you can see spring inside lower newer Kubota with out. I know everyone has their opinion about filters brands but what about spring (bypass)??
