  • Tablet for Prevost CatView Software?

Posted by Archived on August 22, 2019 at 11:06 am

We currently only have Mac laptops, therefore, we cannot download and use the Prevost CatView program that allows one to see all parts for their specific coach. Since CatView does not work with Safari, Chrome, or Firefox, might anyone have a suggestion for a tablet that could be used to both download and use CatView as well as a dash display monitor? By dash display monitor, I mean something like the BlueFire app or Silverleaf; and as a larger monitor for a Total Vision backup camera. THANK YOU!

I’m not trying to discourage you from using CatView but there is another way way to look up parts without it.

I download the most current parts manual in PDF form and open it using a web browser or PDF viewer. There is a table of contents near the front of the file that, in by Chrome browser, I can click on the various sections and the browser will go directly there. With just a little practice I can find almost anything rather quickly.

    Your mileage may vary.

I could never wade through CatView with IOS or Windows.

The PDF route Tim took is the way to go.

    Thank you Tim and Tom!

As you and everyone else can probably tell, I am really trying to learn and study all I can. Another friend told me about cat but I have not heard of or seen the link to what you mention which sure sounds a lot easier. I really prefer PDF format. Thank you again. I will search for it
