Prevost Show Campground
Posted by Archived on January 6, 2018 at 9:32 amAnyone have any idea if the campground is adjacent to the Expo Center at West Palm? Wondering about easy access. I looked at the Expo Center site and maps, but it doesn’t show any campground. It does say 200 sites of 30 & 50 amp.

Look for the long strip of grass along Fairgrounds Road. Google Earth even shows one RV parked there. Don’t know for sure but it looks like the RV parking area.

Tom I was wondering the same thing, I looked at google maps and didn’t notice anything obvious. If you hear anything about the best way in please post it.
Thanks

Google earth clearly shows the row of power outlets along the fence on the west side of the facility.
Go to the satellite view and keep enlarging until Google shows it from the street view. Unless you have a dinky little phone and it won’t show what is obvious on a real computer display.

The fairgrounds they said they booked is about 5 miles away from convention center, when I was looking into it back in October. Didn’t look too appealing to me.

Hopefully, every one has received their welcome packet. That includes directions on how to enter the South Florida Fairgrounds Parking is on the grounds of the show. The show is not at the Convention Center, it is at the Expo Center at the South Florida Fairgrounds.
For those that aren’t familiar with the show, this is the single largest Prevost Motorhome conversion show in the nation. Under one roof you will have the opportunity to look at 50+ coaches being represented by major dealers of Prevost Motorhome conversions. You will also have the opportunity to talk with representatives from Prevost and owners of Prevost related businesses.
This show has historically been held in Tampa. This year the venue has moved to West Palm Beach. The change in venue allows on site camping for the first time. With a hundred or so attendees staying on site, the venue has for the first time been extended to include early access and training and information seminars. More information on the extended VIP package can be found at, http://www.prevost-stuff.com/West_Palm_2018_VIP_sheet.html
As always, attending just the 2 day Expo is free for anyone that doesn’t want to take advantage of the VIP package, http://www.prevost-stuff.com/West_Palm_2018_Intro_sheet.html
If you have any interest in buying your first Prevost conversion or upgrading your current Prevost, this is a must attend event.

Good deal, that clears up the confusion regarding the campground and it’s proximity to the Expo.
