  • DI Water By-Pass

Posted by Archived on May 7, 2019 at 8:04 am

For you DI guys, I rigged up a simple cheap way to by-pass the DI tank when wanting to rinse your bus and not use up your DI. Hell of a lot better than dealing with 2 hoses.

You just need a single hoses for the by-pass, the one in the picture I had in stock and the bottom connection with the cap is not used, but could be if you wanted to add another hose from a different source.

Jon won’t like this, he uses a bucket, ladder and drying rags.

    Hey Driver,

You need to put in a TDS Meter in betwenn the out plastic line and hose bib so you know when your resin is done.

Mine is a green led light and easy to see. I can find out who makes it if you want.

One thing that attracted me to the DI Rinse system is the ability to easily bypass.

    DI Rinse

I have the PRO 100 at home and mounted the PRO 50 in the bus.

Maybe water spots would be a more accurate way to determine resin condition? Or is that no good because it doesn’t involve high tech methods?

I’m sure there is an APP for a smart phone.
