Tom ,We used NTCS last week in Rapid City and must say the experience was much better than that of the Michelin program we used on the previous 4 in Jan . We had a small issue with my CC daily limit and Wendy was on the phone with the provider a few times even though it was close to 10pm on the East coast .
Not sure about every one else but I have a 3k daily limit which i forgot about , so if buying 4 or more be sure you have 3,200 , lol No kidding that 200 drove Michelin nuts . Thank you Wendy for all your help .

We got 4 tires for the car my daughter is driving in Pittsburgh last week.
When I called the NTB store, they did not have a clue about how the program
worked. I sent Dave an e-mail, and he called them and straightened it out.
The tires were there and waiting when she showed up for her appointment time.
