    Kuto’s to Sonic…

An employee at the Sonic in Fordyce, Ark., delivers an order to a truck driver. The Sonic, which opened in September 2018, created a drive-thru specifically built to accommodate truck drivers. (Photo courtesy the Sonic in Fordyce, Ark.)

Thanks for posting that Tom !! I thought there had to be a solution.. these drivers have to eat !! It’s a huge concern everywhere right now with the restaurants all shut down except for drive thru’s.

I hope there will be many following suit if they have the room to add such a lane.. we sure need the trucking industry to keep running through all of this.

    Prayers for our Nation !!

    GOD BLESS AMERICA

    Cheers, Diane

Great idea. As a part time trucker that service will be greatly appreciated. Not many fast food lots have room for a truck and trailer to access any drive thru.

I second what Moisheh said. That is awesome. Now if only Mcdonald’s, Whataburger, Long John Silver’s, Church’s Chicken and Schlotzky’s would do the same, 95% of my food needs would be covered. Might add Taco Bell also. Yep – I’m a gourmet.

It is a nice thing to do, but like a lot of truckers I am adding poundage. I hope I am smart enough to understand I am better off to park in the furthest corner of the parking lot and walk my ample butt to the food purveyor.
