Advice needed Driving RV on grass to park
I recently purchased a Prevost marathon 2001 H3 double slide. It weighs approximately 50,000 pounds. My question is can you drive the RV on the grass if you put 4 x 8 three-quarter inch rubber pads 4 x 8′ long down and drive on top…?
I recently had a lot of tree work done and there was a 60,000 pound 110 foot crane they drove on my grass with 4 x 8 three-quarter inch large rubber pads put down in front of the truck. It appears the grass and ground were well protected with no marks or impressions after they removed it. The crane was in the front yard on the rubber pads for at least eight hours
Question is can I do the same for my Rv if I decide to occasionally park it in my back yard. .??
thanks dr Gary
