Prevost EXPO 2024
Posted by George on August 3, 2023 at 9:41 pmThere seems to be no discussion about the Prevost expo in 2024. Are people holding back to do other things or is the economy causing people to rethink how they spend their funds?
The resort that I own a site and rent out when not there has been very low in rental usage. Talked to the rental manager and she said that rentals are around 50 less than last year this time.
She theorized that a lot of people are taking European trips and taking other trips as the fear of covid is deminished.

I am suprised this has not generated any response. This is a very exciting event, multiple vendors with coaches for sale in one location. Opportunity to compare differences in multiple converters. Additionally a lot of good food and beverage to share with a new acquaintance at lunch and dinner. Everyone there is a owner or wannabe Prevost driver.
Opportunity to learn from others experiences.

In 2022 there was a group from NC that was Parked together. I didn’t get any contact info.
If you are going to expo please contact me, wanting to set up a group gathering.

I would like to go some day, but I have limited vacation time, and we have a big trip every year to Huntington Beach at the end of the year. I was sort of there “in spirit” last year, as my previous coach was at the show (2001 Featherlite H345).

Just got an email that there are 50 amp sites still available for the EXPO in February. Is the economy causing people to rethink their trips?
Considered Prevost owners to be somewhat insulated from the economy.

Still no activity on this topic.
There is seemingly very little conservation on any of the topics. Are people so busy they aren’t participating in the forums?
This is where I have gained immense knowledge about the complex Prevost.
I look for info daily by others with issues or info request to gain how to deal with a problem if it should arise on my bus.

Since Jon & Tom sold? disappeared this forum has been quiet:(
This is still my favorite place to post info.
Various Prevost FB sites are much more active, with opinions:( and few facts.

Right, this site ain’t what it used to be!!
Not everyone is on Facebook. I refuse to do so! Too much Nosey BS!

I thought it was just me. I post and get nothing but crickets. I just assumed folks didn’t like me and I was being ignored. There used to be a lot of folks with a lot of knowledge. Are those days gone?

I find it disheartening how little response there is on here now.
I gained so much knowledge in my initial year as a member and new to Prevost and RV ownership.

Same feelings here about Facebook and the $$ forum. I guess we are a small community here, but IMO we have people with a lot of valuable info. I hope all of you stay.

I wish less that everyone stay and more that everyone return! We miss you!
