    Roof drains?

    On our Royale there are 6 to 8 roof drains on the outside edge of the roof, I’ve been working on the roof getting ready to re coat the roof with with a good ceramic roof coating (Bus Coat)?? But anyways the 1st owner had it coated like 12 years ago, I removed very old solar panels and a old TV antenna looked like a space ship OEM also they coated over the roof drains, How is a roof drain sealed, From top it just looks like pex even with top of roof, is it sealed and attached from bottom??
