Posted by Harry on May 19, 2017 at 12:19 pmHere by popular demand is my coach! Thanks for your help on how to do this Tom…
OOPS, No pictures. Let me try again!
Nope! Same result I had before, no picture and I used a jpg and Chrome!
Hey Tom, I followed your directions but no joy. All I get is what’s shown below.
The photo file must be GIF, JPG, JPEG, BMP or PNG.
Click on the little square with sun and tree
Click upload
Select your file
Select your picture
Click OK, you’re done

Tom, I don’t get it either! I tried it with Google Chrome and now with Safari and I get nothing but what shows on my first post, a big blank space with an icon. I just tried Firefox and the same thing, no picture!
I admit I don’t know much about Prevost but I am computer literate and agree with you that it should work…

Glens,
If you’re on a mobile device don’t you see this great big blue button that says Upload Photo? If you’re on a laptop or desktop, you’ll see the sun and tree picture frame because your’re on the full site and not the mobile.

Hi Andy,
I can’t do it because Tom is working on it with the Web guy as we speak, but I sure like your sign! And Tom told me to never talk to someone with gadget in their name! 🙂 It was maybe a childhood thing!
And Dorel, Nice looking bus but why the basket? Hey, is Crina making you do laundry again?

Possibly this will assist the Admins:
When attempting to post the above photo, I was using an iPhone 7 on a relatively slow (Xfinity public) WiFi connection. The upload failed multiple times. The upload progres bar would slowly creep along and then stop. When I would navigate away, I would have to log-in again.
When I connected to a faster WiFi connection, it uploaded quickly and successfully.
If I had to make a wild guess, it appears the login feature is timing out, which in turn, freezes and aborts the upload. I’ve noticed lately the site times out fairly quickly and forces another login and possibly this is a clue that may assist the techs. I’ll ask if others are noticing that this site requires more frequent logins than it did in the past? (I’m not complaining, just asking).
I may not know too much about engines, but I do have a bit of experience with webistes and forum platforms.

Harry….basket…? Hmmm….
Are you talking about gray step ladder by the front door? -
Andy,
There’s a glitch in Harry’s registration and in the hands of our web dude. I logged in as him and had the same problem, so it’s something unique to his account.
Nice Flex……
