Prevost Sales and Service
I Just bought a new (old) 2002 Prevost XLII Liberty Coach Elegant Lady Mandalay Edition from Olympia Luxury Coaches in La Vergne TN. I originally came to have my Prevost Marathon fixed, since I could not find anyone to do electrical work on a Prevost, except for going to Texas. So, if anyone is in need of any type of repair, I would highly recommend this Sales and Service organization. They were able to fix my electrical issues, and took my coach in trade for the Liberty Lady. Of special note – the professionalism of the staff, and quality of service provided. They do exceptional work and when you leave, you are definately satisfied.

In fairness to Olympia can you elaborate on why you feel unless you work there you may not get good service?
We have a policy to not censor posts, but with those of a negative nature all we ask is some reasons for the comments so we can understand why the comments were made and so the company that is criticized has an opportunity to respond if they wish to.
Clearly the original post was made by someone who feels his experience at Olympia was a positive one, and that they took care of his needs.

In my previous post a member posted what could be construed as a comment critical of Olympia and I asked for specifics. None have been provided so I deleted the post. If the person making the post would like to provide details as to why he is critical he will certainly be alolowed to do so and his post will remain.
We do not like censorship but as a matter of policy we will not allow unsubstantiated critical comments about anyone, any supplier, any advertiser to stand.

Hello all iam a new prevost owner and new to the community, i looked at several coaches from legacy coach in rockwall texas.Although i did not purchase one with them because they did not have what i was looking for James went out of his way to help answer questions on several other coaches that i looked at, he even pointed me to the one i finaly did purches with no sale for him he went above and beyond to help. Thank you James and legacy coach you are Top Notch.

We worked with James a couple of years ago when we bought our coach. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. He’s a great guy and Salesman!
