If your coach accessory system pressure is at 120 and the coach is slow to rise in the front the first thing I would look for as an issue is if the front axle weight is at or below its rating.

If the front axle weight is not over the rating then the next thing I would consider is the Norgren valves not fully opening, possibly as a result of pneumatic system moisture. I know of one Royale that wouldn’t rise and it turned out water in the accessory system had created a hydraulic lock in the Norgren.

I’ve had 3 Marathons, all had heavy front ends with max axle weight. The only option is to dump the tag and fan the brakes to get the compressor to cycle using the highest pressure available. It’s a sloooow process.

You have weighed your coach and coach axles right?

It is the only way to know the correct tire pressures and that information may hold the answer to your question.

On ours when all 4 corners are dumped then you go to to ride height, rear always comes up 1st then front comes up slow but always comes up, I’ve replaced all Norgren valves so I know their good. On my Foretravel we use to own the front had a pressure regulator set at 60 psi so it came up slower because it was lighter.I also wondered why front end on the bus came up last and slower, it only has 2 bags to inflate not 6 like on rear, you would think it would be the opposite.

Much lower pressure required on the rear. My rear total weight is in the vicinity of 35,000# so each air bag is lifting less than 6,000#

My front axle with two air bags is 18,000# so my larger front air bags each lift 9,000#

I have roughly monitored when each end of the bus is at the driving height and it appears the rears have about 70 PSI when at the correct height and just shy of 100 PSI when the front is at the correct height.
