    If this year does not get cancelled due to “Delta” it’s going to be tough to get a spot. Everyone who had reservations to last years cancelled event gets their spot this year. Nothing is available on the website not even the waiting list. I am on the waiting list for Presidential but not hopeful.

    There is other parking available nearby but the traffic to get in an out is so bad I am not sure it’s worth it. Even Sandia Casino is now charging $70/night to dry camp in their parking lot (greedy bastard’s).

    Could be risky but quite possible lots of cancellations due to Delta.

    A Google search for Balloon Festival shows one a few in NC, MD and Adirondacks, NY…. thinking might be a fun road trip theme.

    Dang job gets in the way of fun.
