There not only is nothing more I need to say, but the message shown by the video will have zero impact on those addicted to their phones.
But I will thank you profusely for your public service.

When walking all they can do is hurt themselves. When driving andtexting, messaging or using a cell phone they become capable of killing themselves and others too. The laws against use of cell phones while driving are just more laws without enforcement. Has anyone ever seen a LEO stop a vehicle with lights and wipers on to issue a ticket during a rain storm. I have no doubt any of you have either.
That law started out right here in Randolph County, NC. It was one of the counties that was in Division 8, my division. It started when US 64 in Randolph County was a two lane road. A business man, during a rain storm, following a tractor trailer, could not see to pass it. So he called Raleigh and I was asked what my thoughts were on making the lights and wipers on. My thought was the road spray is what is keeping visibility near zero and the lights and wipers would have little effect. Why not a no passing on two lane roads when raining. So we have a law that one person initiated that may actually have a detrimental effect on highway safety, especially with no enforcement.
I’d suggest someone conduct a study of every law on the books to determine the last time each law was enforced. If any are found without enforcement then hit the delete button as those laws get no support, somewhat similar to Rodney Dangerfield saying, “I don’t get no respect!”

I agree with the lack of enforcement, but you hit on a big gripe of mine Will.
During rains the bus kicks up a lot of spray and in addition the mirrors are usually covered with either rain drops or a mist making a lane change difficult to do safely. When cars are approaching and their headlights are not on they are difficult to see and I am afraid of running someone off the road (or worse) because they don’t realize they are often almost invisible when passing the bus.
