  Excalibur Coach Happy Ending

  I like to report that there has been a Happy Ending to my service issues at Excalibur Coach. Doug, the owner of Excalibur Coach called me this morning. We had a great discussion concerning the issues I had regarding the recent service on my coach. Excalibur Coach resolved ALL the issues and stood behind their work. I look forward to giving Doug the chance to work on my coach in the future. I know it will get special attention!

  I am pleased to have reached out to larry and happy he took my call. After we both explained everthing to each other I think I can say we where both amazed how easy it was to figure this out. It is amazing what miscommunication can cause. Larry has been a great client of Excalibur Coach and it is our pleasure to support him at the shop and after hours when ever needed.
