Well just a update I have being here at Jeff’s for about one month , and let me tell u guys , I meet a lot of people every week in my business and have never met anybody as hard working as Jeff. He knows so much about all these coaches. We have done a lot of work to my coach and others , As far as going any where else not a choice for me I have been to a lot of them. If you dought what or where u should go to get your bus fixed look no further it’s

    East Tennessee Luxury Coach!!

There has been times when it’s late at night and he is still working on a coach Or an owner has or needs help when leaving with something and there he is helping them out

He is very fair on the bill probably more than fair ,

What a treasure we have to get more than what u pay for nothing left out Wow

If this sounds like a pitch for Jeff it is

When we have found the best forget the rest

Also my wife got me a new wood floor for Christmas when I came back I walked into coach and there they where starting to do the floor WoW !!

Thank you Jeff and crew for all u do and have done for being a friend and doing business Thank you and happy New year to all you folks here on PC Thanks so much to all!!!!!!!!

Those doorways at ETLC are definitely going to have to be widened. Either that or Jeff will need to come and go through the overhead doors.

I know these puppies have wheels as I Just got back from Houston after getting a level 3 on my old coach yesterday morning and wish jeff was closer. Sounds like a fella you can trust which means more to me than the money you spend. Time more than distance is the constraint. 100 miles west of Houston here.

While I cannot disagree with Glen, I can tell you that there are some types of service that will justify a long drive and the expenditure of time.

We have several companies the members on this site have uniformly recommended. What makes dealing with them a very wise choice is they have the ability to do it all. They not only do all types of support and service, they do it as well as anyone else, but they also are competitive on price.

All our coaches need some form of extra maintenance as they age. If the part is rubber age will eventually affect its performance. So at some point someone is going to have to replace everything from air bags to coolant hoses to valves that rely on seals or O rings, to brake chambers, to belts.

Those are chassis items and if that is the only service desired, then Prevost can be a part of the list of service companies from which to get quotes.

But as the undercarriage items age so does the interior. Carpets need replacing, furnishings need to be replaced or upholstered, and the AV system might need to be brought up to date. Now the multi service shops can be considered for those items.

The point is the more varied the service work, the more likely it makes perfect sense to have any of the multi disciplined shops do all the work. As an owner you are not wasting diesel fuel going from pne place to another. Historically the service shops are very competitive on price. And let’s not forget unlike a conventional RV dealer or repair shop these shops have a substantial depth of knowledge not only of the chassis but the conversion itself and to have that expertise in one location makes a little extra travel time a very wise choice.
