I know this is open for everyone to see, and I thought POG was private but it is not. How can owners talk privately about serious issues without eavesdroppers and lurkers?

POG always has more people on line than members and their own site says so, but they claim that isn’t true. I need to see what people with skin repairs are negotiating because it seems like only Prevost knows what they are willing to do for free and the owners have to negotiate or end up paying serious money to fix a very big problem.

POG is useless. Anybody here have a way to share information?

    Harvey,

Just a general comment: We have a lot of POG members on this site. We also have members of other Prevost groups and while I can understand you have an issue with POG this might not be the appropriate place to air your displeasure.

We are open and public because we want many people who would be considered Prevost enthusiasts to participate on the site, regardless of what social group they belong to (if any) or if their Prevost is an entertainer, homebuilt or professionally converted.

Having said that we have had owners share some information here. If you wish to contact them and they have shared their email address (click on their username) you can have discussions via email. PUP (Prevost Users Posse) linked above is private and members are invited. The PUP site is private and all we do is provide access which we would do for any group.

I understand your concerns about the skin issues. I understand how sharing information helps everyone. But keep in mind you are not necessarily helping your objective by openly going after POG. That might be best done privately with the owner, not on a public site. But I agree owners do need to share information because it is a concern of many.

    Harvey,

If your making any noise on POG, stand by to be censored or deleted. Censorship there is a tool used often when the posts don’t fit the mold, as Mark found out a week ago. I assume it wasn’t anything nasty, we wouldn’t tolerate that either.

Harvey, I have started a thread on PUP to address the delamination question. Please take a look at the Private Forum.
